ข้อตกลงการใช้บริการ

	ข้อตกลงการใช้บริการ (ข้อตกลง) เป็นข้อตกลงระหว่าง Rof Law (Rules of Law - Thai Law Reference System)
รวมถึงผู้พัฒนา กับผู้ใช้บริการ (ผู้เยี่ยมชม สมาชิก สมาชิกพรีเมียม) 
ถือเป็นข้อตกลงร่วมกันระหว่าง Rof Law และผู้ใช้บริการ ในบริการทั้งหมดของ Rof Law
	Rof Law คือ แอพพลิเคชั่นเพื่อการสืบค้น อ้างอิง และอ่านกฎหมาย รวมถึงการสืบค้น อ้างอิง และอ่านคำพิพากษา
เพื่อความสะดวกแก่ผู้ใช้บริการทั้งผู้ประกอบวิชาชีพที่เกี่ยวข้อง นิสิตนักศึกษา รวมถึงผู้สนใจทั่วไป
เมื่อ ท่าน ได้เข้าสู่ระบบของ Rof Law รวมถึงการสมัครสมาชิกไม่ว่าโดยวิธีการใดๆที่ Rof Law มีเพื่อให้บริการ
รวมถึงการสมัครสมาชิกพรีเมียม ท่านยอมรับข้อตกลงในการใช้งานดังต่อไปนี้ ทุกข้อทั้งสิ้น

ก. ข้อตกลงการบริการ

1. Rof Law มิได้เป็นเจ้าของในเนื้อหาของตัวบทกฎหมาย หรือคำพิพากษา เนื่องจาก พระราชบัญญัติลิขสิทธิ์ พ.ศ. 2537 
	1. รัฐธรรมนูญและกฎหมาย
	2. ระเบียบ ข้อบังคับ ประกาศ คาสั่ง หรือหนังสือตอบโต้อื่นใดของหน่วยงานของรัฐ
	3. คำพิพากษา คำสั่ง คำวินิจฉัย และรายงานของทางราชการ
	4. คำแปลและการรวบรวมสิ่งต่างๆ ข้างต้น ที่กระทรวง ทบวง กรม หรือหน่วยงานอื่นใด
	ของรัฐหรือของท้องถิ่นจัดทำขึ้น 
	- ไม่ถือว่าเป็นงานอันมีลิขสิทธิ์
2. Rof Law เป็นเจ้าของลิขสิทธิ์ในการเรียบเรียง การแสดงผล และขึ้นตอนการสืบค้นระบบฐานข้อมูล รวมถึงข้อมูลรูปภาพ เอกสาร ช้อความเข้ารหัส 
	และการออกแบบสิ่งต่างๆดังกล่าวมานั้นทุกอย่างภายในบริการของ Rof Law 
3. Rof Law เป็นผู้ให้บริการอำนวยความสะดวกและเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการสืบค้นและอ้างอิงข้อมูลทางกฎหมาย 
	บนอุปกรณ์คอมพิวเตอร์ โดยอาศัยระบบสมาชิกทั้งทีมีค่าใช้จ่ายและไม่มีค่าใช้จ่าย
4. Rof Law ไม่ใช่ผู้ให้บริการด้านคดีความ ไม่ใช่ตัวแทนของหน่วยงานใดๆของรัฐ ไม่ใช่ตัวแทนของเอกชนใด 
	ไม่ใช่ผู้ให้คำปรึกษาทางกฎหมาย และไม่ได้มีความเห็นใดๆ ในทางกฎหมาย ในทางคดีความ ในการตีความกฎหมาย

ข. การสมัครสมาชิกและการชำระเงิน

1. สมาชิกได้แก่ ผู้ที่เข้าสู่ระบบของ Rof Law ตามวิธีการที่ Rof Law จัดให้มีขึ้น
2. สมาชิกมี 3 ประเภท ได้แก่
	2.1 ผู้เยี่ยมชม ได้แก่ ผู้เข้าสู่ระบบแบบไม่ระบุชื่อ
	2.2 สมาชิกทั่วไปได้แก่ ผู้เข้าสู่ระบบโดยบัญชีที่มีการยืนยัน รวมถึงที่อยู่ อีเมล์แอดเดรส (email address) บัญชีผู้ใช้ของกูเกิล (google account) บัญชีผู้ใช้ของแอปเปิล (apple account) รวมถึงการยืนยันการเข้าสู่ระบบด้วยข้อความ sms 
	2.3 สมาชิกพรีเมียม คือสมาชิกทั่วไปที่สมัครเป็น สมาชิกพรีเมียม และชำระค่าใช้งานระบบตามข้อเสนอของ Rof Law
3. การชำระเงินสำหรับสมาชิกพรีเมียม สามารถชำระได้ผ่าน Apple ID หรือ Google Pay ผ่านทางระบบของ iOS หรือ Android แล้วแต่กรณี	
4. การสมัครสมาชิกพรีเมียมย่อมมีผลเมื่อการชำระเงินสำเร็จเรียบร้อย ตามรอบของการให้บริการ
5. การยกเลิกสถานะสมาชิกพรีเมียมสามารถทำได้ตลอดเวลาของสถานะสมาชิกพรีเมียม (ในระบบ iOS สามารถทำได้โดยการยกเลิกการรับสมัครของ Apple ID)  การยกเลิกสมาชิกพรีเมียมย่อมมีผลเมื่อถึงรอบการชำระเงินครั้งต่อไป โดยท่านจะยังได้รับบริการในสถานะสมาชิกพรีเมียมจนครบกำหนดระยะเวลาตามระยะเวลาที่สมัครในปัจจุบัน
7. Rof Law ไม่จำต้องคืนเงินค่าสมัครสมาชิกพรีเมียมไม่ว่าด้วยเหตุใด

ค. ข้อจำกัดความรับผิดของ Rof Law

1. Rof Law ไม่ต้องรับผิดในความเสียหายทุกรูปแบบอันเกิดมาจากการใช้งานระบบโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาติ การละเมิดลิขสิทธิ์ในการใช้ระบบ และการใช้ระบบในทางที่ขัดต่อกฎหมาย
2. ข้อมูลกฎหมายของ Rof Law ได้ถือเอาตัวบทกฎหมายที่เผยแพร่โดยหน่วยงานของรัฐ เป็นข้อมูลอ้างอิง แม้ว่า Rof Law จะได้อัพเดทข้อมูลเป็นระยะ และข้อมูลจะทันสมัยในขณะที่จัดทำ แต่ย่อมมีความเป็นไปได้ของการตกหล่นหรือผิดพลาดในการรวบรวมข้อมูล การปรับเปลี่ยน การแก้ไข เพิ่มเติม หรือยกเลิกกฎหมาย ผู้ใช้บริการจะถือเอาความเสียหาย ทั้งทางตรง ทางอ้อม อันเรื่องมาจากการใช้ข้อมูลจากบริการของ Rof Law เพื่อให้ ผู้พัฒนารับผิดสำหรับค่าเสียหายไม่ได้
3. Rof Law ไม่ต้องรับผิดในความเสียหายอันเกิดมาจากการใช้งาน หรือไม่ได้ใช้งานระบบ ความล้มเหลวของระบบ ความล่าช้าของระบบ หรือความเสียหายอันเกิดมาจากความล่าช้าของสัญญาณหรือการประมวลผล การดาวน์โหลดข้อมูลล่าช้าหรือไม่สำเร็จ
4. ผู้ใช้บริการ ย่อมต้องรับผลในการนำข้อมูลซึ่งอ้างอิงจาก Rof Law ไปใช้ ตามความคิดเห็นและความเข้าใจของผู้ใช้บริการเอง ไม่ว่าในทางใด

ง. การบังคับใช้กฎหมาย

1. ข้อตกลงนี้มีผลใช้บังคับตามกฎหมายไทย 
2. หากข้อตกลงข้อใดข้อหนึ่งยกเลิก หรือกลายเป็นโมฆะไปด้วยเหตุใดก็ตาม หาได้มีผลทำให้ข้อตกลงอื่นที่ไม่ได้เป็นโมฆะหรือเป็นอันยกเลิกไปด้วยเหตุนั้น ยกเลิกหรือเป็นโมฆะไปด้วย

นโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัว

1. ในการสมัครสมาชิกกับ Rof Law (Rule of Laws Thai Law Reference System) เราจะเก็บข้อมูลดังต่อไปนี้
	1.1 session การล็อกอินเข้าสู่ระบบของผู้ใช้บริการ (รวมถึงการเข้าใช้บริการแบบผู้เยี่ยมชม)
	1.2 ในกรณีที่ผู้ใช้บริการ เข้าสู่ระบบด้วย Email, Google Account หรือ Apple ID เราจะเก็บข้อมูลเพียงชื่อ email ที่ลงทะเบียนเข้าสู่ระบบ 
		หรือ email ของ Google Account Apple ID เท่านั้น
2. Rof Law ไม่เก็บ password ของผู้ใช้ไว้ในระบบ
3. Rof Law ไม่เก็บข้อมูลบันทึก หรือรายการใดๆ ที่ผู้ใช้สร้างขึ้น 
	ภายในการใช้งานแอพพลิเคชั่น
4. Rof Law เก็บจำนวนการเชื่อมต่อกับฐานข้อมูลและการเรียกใช้งานการสืบค้นจากฐานข้อมูลของผู้ใช้เพื่อการปรับปรุงคุณภาพในการให้บริการ
5. Rof Law อาจใช้ Third-Party-Services ได้แก่ Google Analytics และ 
	Appstore Analytics เพื่อการส่งเสริมการขายและการปรับปรุงคุณภาพการให้บริการ ภายใต้เงื่อนไข คือ
5.1 Google Analytics จะระบุ IP address ตามข้อตกลงและนโยบายการให้บริการของ 
	Google https://support.google.com/analytics/
5.2 ไม่มีการเก็บข้อมูลลักษณะที่ระบุตัวตนของผู้ใช้

ข้อคกลงการสมัครรับบริการ

1. Rof Law เสนอสมัครสมาชิกพรีเมียมเพียงรูปแบบเดียว
2. Rof Law เสนอการสมัครสมาชิกแบบต่ออายุอัติโนมัติเท่านั้น
3. ช่วงเวลาของการสมัครที่เราเสนอขาย ได้แก่ 
	a. 1 เดือน (1 Month Subscription) ราคา 29 บาท (29 THB)
	b. 3 เดือน (3 Months Subscription) ราคา 69 บาท (69 THB)
	c. 6 เดือน (6 Months Subscription) ราคา 119 บาท (119 THB)
4. การชำระเงินสำหรับสมาชิกพรีเมียม สามารถชำระได้ผ่าน Apple ID หรือ Google Pay ผ่านทางระบบของ iOS หรือ Android แล้วแต่กรณี
5. การยกเลิกการรับสมัครย่อมมีผลในรอบการชำระเงินครั้งต่อไป โดยท่านจะยังใช้บริการตามสิทธิประโยชน์ของสมาชิกพรีเมียมได้จนถึงวันครบกำหนดดังกล่าว
6. การยกเลิกการรับสมัคร สามารถทำได้ตามวิธีการยกเลิกการรับสมัครสำหรับ platform ของท่าน 
7. หากมีปัญหาในการชำระเงิน การรับสมัคร หรือ การยกเลิกการรับสมัคร กรุณาติอต่อ customer support

Terms of Use

    This End User License Agreement (agreement) is an agreement between "Rof Law" 
        (Rules of Law - Thai Law Reference System) including its developer and the user
        (guess user, registered user, premium user)
    The Agreement is regards as mutual agreement between Rof Law and its user
        in all services and contents provided by "Rof Law" 
	    Rof Law is an application for searching, reference, read, taking note of the Thai Laws,
        we also providing service for searching, reference, read, taking note The Thai Court of Justice's judgements,
    When the user logging in to our system or services, by all means of registrations given by our services,
    including paid premium subscriptions the user(s) accept all of the agreements given.

A. Agreement of Service

1. Rof Law is not the owner of Law Contents or Thai's Court of Justice's judgement, 
provided in our service, according to 
"Copyright Act 2015" 
	1. the constitution and legislation;
	2. regulations,rules,notifications,orders,elucidations,andofficialcorrespondence of the Ministries, Bureaus, Departments or any other governmental or local agency;
    3. judgments,orders,judicialdecisionsandofficialreports;
    4. translations and compilations of subsection (1) to subsection (4) which are commissioned by Ministries, Bureaus, Departments or any other governmental or local agency.
	- Are not considered as copyright works according to the Act.
2. Rof Law is the owner of arrangements, displaying, and data processing, including all 
graphic assets, documents and digital encoded documents.
and any design and creation relating the former elements within our service.
3. Rof Law is an application providing services for convenience and productivity in 
    Thai Laws and Thai Court of Justice's judgement referencing and searching, on
    mobile platform by registration and member sytems including both paid and non-paid.
4. Rof Law is not a Legal Service, does not give any legal services or suggestions, 
not give services on lawsuits, nor an agent of any organizations.
Rof Law is not a Law Office, and never give advices, oppinions or suggestions 
relerating lawsuits and law interpretations.

B. User, Registration, Subscription and Payment

1. A User is a person that logged in to the service ("Rof Law" application) by 
methods of access provided by Rof Law.
2. A User one of these catagories.
	2.1 Guess User is a user that logged in anonymously.
	2.2 Registered User is a user logged in to the service and have register his/her
    email address, google account, apple account and including 
    those who has valified log in session by sms in addition to aforementions.
	2.3 Premium User (Subscribed user) is a Registered User that has paid for extra services
    offered by "Rof Law".
3. Payment Method accepted for subscriptions is Apple ID default payments method, 
or Google Play default method according to user's platform device.
4. Subscription is completed when the payment is completed.
5. Cancel of Subscription can be done at any given time during subscription period, 
(the processes and procedure is depend on user default payment method of (3.) above.
   
7. Rof Law is not liable to return paid amount to user.

C. Disclaimer

1. Rof Law is not liable of damage caused by unauthorized use of our services,
offensive usages of our services, infringements thereof and usage that conflict with laws.
2. Data provided by "Rof Law" is mostly in official form of references.
Eventhough "Rof Law" will regularly update the system, and make it as modern 
and correct at release times as possible, but there is acception of 
failure of proofreading and refinement of the official documents that is not
under our control, User can not claim for their damages both direct and indirect
as caused by our service.
3. Rof Law is not liable of damages both direct and indirect 
caused by use or lack of access of our service, failure of the services,
slow or latency of the services,
delayed of signal,
any error caused by computing and processing by the systems,
slow data downloding or incompletion of data's downloading.

4. User is responsible of documents and data's usage from our service
according to his/her understanding, opinion and intentions.

D. Legals

1. This agreement is under Thai's Law
2. By removal or canceled of one or some of theses agreement.
will not remove or cancel other agreements or the whole agreement 

Privacy Policies

1. By Register to "Rof Law"  (Rule of Laws Thai Law Reference System) 
    we collect these datas
	1.1 login's session token (including guess log in)
	1.2 By login with Email, Google Account, Apple ID
        we collect only the email address that is used to login and email address 
        that is identified by Google Account or Apple ID accordingly.
2. Rof Law does not collect password in our systems
3. Rof Law does not collect user's generated contents 
4. Rof Law collect database query token and number of query only for service improvement usage
 that can not identify user's identity.
5. Rof Law might use Third-Party-Services including Google Analytics and 
	Appstore Analytics for service improvement under, conditions given
	5.1 Google Analytics will specify IP address for discriminate session according to 
    	Google's policy https://support.google.com/analytics/
    5.2 Not collect user's identity and data's that can identify user's identity.

Subscription Terms of Use

1. Rof Law offers only one catagory of Premium Member (Premium member)
2. Rof Law offers only Auto-renewable Subscriptions
3. The offered package included 
	a. 1 Month Subscription (29 THB)
	b. 3 Months Subscription (69 THB)
	c. 6 Months Subscription (119 THB)
4. Payment can be done via Apple ID default payment method or 
Google Play default payment method accordingly.  
5. Cancel of subscription will take effect at the end of subscription periods, 
user can still access to services for premium user until the canceleation take effect.
6. Cancel of subscription can be done with your platform's default procedure for cancel subscription
